2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp White Wine Vinegar
1 1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Food Color
1 Tsp Salt

CREAM:


2 Cups (16 oz/ 454 g) Cream Cheese
1 1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Half & Half Milk
3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
